29 Mar: Mother of Sandy Hook victim shares message in New Hampshire

Scarlett Lewis’ message is fostered by three words her first-grader had written on a chalkboard in their house before the tragedy. “’Nurturing, healing, love.’ And those words aren’t something that a 6-year old would normally say,” Lewis said in an interview with WMUR on March 29, 2018 in Concord, NH. 27 Mar: Uncas Students Learning to Choose Love

On Tuesday, March 27, Scarlett Lewis and U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal visited classrooms at Uncas Elementary School in Norwich, CT to observe children and teachers engaging in the Choose Love Enrichment Program, a free social and emotional learning program that has been implemented in grades pre-k through 12 in all 50 states and 55 countries.
